Project template

Lite

Start a project, or add tasks to one you already run. Nothing is written until you have read the preview and clicked Import.

Paste the runbook, plan or notes and the template below is filled in for you, ready to check and edit; nothing is written until you click Import. Choose an existing project first and the tasks are added to it. What you paste leaves your tenant for the duration of the request, together with the instructions the AI is given (which name the phases, categories and owners this board uses), to an AI service Dragonfly runs in Azure. Strip credentials and anything you would not send by email before pasting. The Premium data-processing terms say exactly what is sent, kept and by whom.

Download the template, fill in the project, its phases and one task per row (the drop-downs hold this board's own lists), then choose the file here. It fills in the form below, for you to check before anything is written. To add to or update a project you already run, choose it under New or existing project first, or put its key on the Project sheet. The file is read in this browser tab and is not uploaded anywhere.

✨ Filled by AI · check each row before you import

The stages the tasks are grouped into on the board, in order. A short key (A, B, C) and a name.

One row per task. Ids are numbered for you within each phase. More opens the detail, what proves it done, and what it waits on.
